World wide shipping is available, all products have their own delivery fee and range of available delivery options. Please see the product page to select your options and view charges.
Products that weigh up to 2kg and up to a medium size will be dispatched using Royal Mail. Products over 2kg and larger size will be dispatched using a tracked courier service. Our preferred courier service providers are Parcelforce, FedEx, DHL, DPD and Hermes UK.
Should you wish to purchase more than one item we offer combine postage rates, please contact me for a combined postage quote. Alternatively, you can purchase all the items and once posted any combined postage saving will be refunded.
Products are usually despatched within 24 hours, we will advise you if a product is to be delayed for any reason.
We believe in using recycled packaging as much as possible, as we want to minimise any negative impact our business may have on the environment. So, for example we use recycled cardboard boxes. We are always look for ways to minimise our impact on the environment and try as far as possible to use packing that supports this. However, we must balance looking after the environment with ensuring your vintage finds arrive in tip top condition, so we do at times have to use bubble wrap. We ask that you recycle any packing that your parcel comes in, bubble wrap for example can be used to repack thing you may send to friends and family, it is also great for using in a greenhouse as it is a very good insulator. We will continue to find different ways to package your vintage finds that both ensures they arrive in tip top condition and supports the environment.
All our items unless otherwise stated are original vintage. They have a history; therefore, they will have age and useage related imperfections, which we feel adds to their charm. We outline the condition of the product in the descriptions as far as possible and the photographs form part of this so before purchasing please make sure you have read the descriptions and looked at the photographs. We only sell items we would be happy to own.
We want all our customers to be happy with their purchases, so we do offer a 14 day return policy from the day you receive your order under the following conditions:
In the first instance, if you are not happy with your purchases please e-mail or call us and let us know what the problem is so we can then discuss return and exchange options.
Refunds and exchanges may only be made within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
You must take care of the goods and return them to us in the condition they were originally dispatched. (Photographic evidence is retained of their condition). We reserve the right to consider the condition of any product that you wish to return and make any deductions if there are indications that the product has been damaged after you accepted the delivery. Misused or abused merchandise will not be accounted as defective and will not be considered for an exchange or refund.
You will have to pay for the costs of returning the goods to us unless they were received damaged, or if we made a mistake when packaging your order. We will refund the cost of postage back to us if the item was received damaged or if we accidentally sent you the wrong merchandise, if the return postage costs are reasonable.
A re-postage fee will be charged for an exchange. The re-postage fee will not be charged for items which you have received damaged or wrongly packaged. The re-postage fee will be the true cost incurred by us to re-post the item to you.
Should you require a refund, we will refund your money within 3 days of receiving the goods back.
